LeadQCHow it works

A platform of your own, and a rulebook written for your campaigns.

Every client runs on their own Zeplinix workspace, with a QC process curated for their campaigns rather than a generic ruleset. We pull the file from your SFTP or you drop it into your own workspace — either way, one file in and three files out.

Step 01

Your own workspace

You get a dedicated platform, not a seat in a shared tool. We pull the file straight from your SFTP, or your team drops it into your workspace — nobody outside your team touches it.

  • Pulled from your SFTP on your schedule
  • Or uploaded by your team, into your own instance
  • Any CSV, any source, any volume
Step 02

Your rulebook, not a generic one

60+ criteria across 40+ data points, run against live professional data — and the set that applies is curated with you, per client and per campaign, before the first run.

  • Employment, seniority, tenure and company match
  • Suppression, unsubscribe and RFP criteria
  • Address, headquarters and residential location
  • Phone and deliverability, both checked live
  • Thresholds set by you, not inherited from us
Step 03

Three files, plus the extra columns

The audit, the corrections and the campaign file — separately, so every decision is visible and any removal can be challenged.

  • error.xlsx — every problem, with the reason
  • corrected.xlsx — every change, against the original
  • clean.xlsx — verified contacts, ready to send

LeadQCAppended columns

Columns your source never gave you.

Validation is only half of it. Every row comes back with fields your source never supplied — verified at run time, appended to your original file, and yours to keep. These are the ones customers ask about most; the full schema is agreed with you when your workspace is set up.

Added to every record Verified at run time
linkedin_employment_status

Live employment status for the person — active, left, open to work, dual role or unverifiable.

google_verified_street_address

Street address verified against Google in real time for APAC and EMEA records, not read from a cached file.

google_verified_city / state / country / zip

Each address component returned separately so you can filter, route or dedupe on any of them.

company_headquarters_addresses

Every headquarters address on file for that company, not just the one your list happened to carry.

linkedin_company_street_address

The company address as it appears on the live company profile, for cross-checking the one you were sold.

prospect_residential_location

The prospect’s own stated location, separate from the company’s — the two disagree more often than you would think.

phone_validation_status

Phone numbers checked live rather than matched against a static list, with the reason when a number fails.

company_headquarters_all

Every headquarters and office address on file for that company, not only the one your list carried.

linkedin_profile_company_location

The location listed on the prospect’s current role, which often differs from the registered office.

company_page_status

Whether a live company page exists at all — a quiet signal about how real the account is.

tenure_years

How long they have held the current role, so you can weight or exclude by moveability.

seniority_level

Normalised job level, so RFP filters run on a consistent scale instead of free text.

confidence_score

A score per record with the specific check that set it — you choose the cutoff, not us.

linkedin_error

Every reason that fired on the row, joined into one auditable field.

LeadQCWhat we remove

Six ways a record is already dead.

Rosa is not unusual. Every condition below passes a standard email check — the mailbox is live and the contact is not. This is the short list; all 60+ rules are published in the open.

Removed

They left the company

The current role carries an end date. The mailbox still accepts mail — the person who owned it has moved on.

Removed

Open to Work

Actively job-hunting. Whatever you are selling, they are not the person who will sponsor or sign it.

Removed

Not a full-time employee

Freelance, contract, consulting, intern, student or retired. On the org chart in name only, and rarely holding budget.

Removed

Wrong company entirely

Their profile's employer matches neither your domain column nor the email domain. You are targeting an account they left.

Removed

On your suppression list

Matched by email, email domain or company name — before contacting them costs you a complaint or a compliance finding.

Removed

Outside the RFP criteria

Job level, function or industry is not in the campaign's allowed list. The lead would be rejected on delivery — better to catch it before you bill.

Read all 60+ rules Fields that differ from the live profile are corrected in place; fields missing from both are flagged for a person rather than filled with a guess.
The platform

Six more products, each sold and run independently.

These are not add-ons to LeadQC. They are separate products with their own buyers, their own pricing and their own free trials — several of our customers run one of them and have never touched lead validation at all.

Verification

ZeMail Verify

Email verification built for teams sending daily at volume, where the unknown bucket is where your bounce rate hides.

  • Syntax, MX, mailbox, catch-all, disposable and spam-trap risk
  • A confidence score and the check that decided it, not a bare verdict
  • Set your own threshold by campaign risk

Discovery

ZeMail Find

Names and domains in, verified addresses out — for teams handed a target account list and nothing else.

  • Pattern intelligence across millions of domains
  • Every address verified before it is returned to you
  • An explicit "not found" instead of a plausible guess

Activation

ZeMail Send

Sending at volume with an engagement number you can put in front of a client without caveats.

  • Privacy proxies and security scanners filtered out of opens and clicks
  • Human and machine engagement reported separately
  • Records re-checked at dispatch, not at import

Content

Outrix

Landing pages and newsletters generated per segment, for teams whose segmentation outgrew their content staff.

  • Hundreds of pages in a single run
  • Each written to its own audience, not one template with the industry swapped
  • Review before anything publishes

Automation

FormBot

Form submission at volume from country-matched IP addresses — thousands a day, landing from where the lead actually belongs.

  • Country-matched submission for geographic delivery requirements
  • Every value read back off the form after entry, never assumed
  • A log of every submission, and failures flagged for a person

Managed

Data Services

Collection scoped to your brief from sources no database covers, for segments an off-the-shelf list will never satisfy.

  • Sourced to your definition, not resold to your competitors
  • Normalised to your schema and deduplicated before delivery
  • One-off pull or a recurring refresh on your schedule

Security & data handling

Your list is not our product.

A file sent for validation is usually your client's contact database, not your own. Here is precisely what happens to it, and what never does.

Retention

Deleted when the campaign is removed

Submitted data is used only for validation. It is never added to our own database, never used to enrich another customer's file, and never sold or shared.

Protection

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Access is named, least-privilege and logged, so we can tell you who accessed what and when.

Access model

No credentials, seats or logins

We never request access to your CRM, your ESP or any third-party platform. Nothing to provision, nothing to revoke.

Diligence

Questionnaires answered

Send your security questionnaire and we complete it. DPA, subprocessor list and security overview available on request.

SOC 2 aligned — controls built and documented against the Trust Services Criteria; third-party audit not yet completed, and we will tell you so before you ask.
GDPR compliant — DPA on request, EU/UK transfers under SCCs, subprocessors published.

Free assessment

Send 5,000 records. We'll validate all of them.

Your file, your campaign, your client — not a demo on our sample data. You receive all three files back and a written assessment of what your current process costs you in accuracy, time and spend.
