Is this an ESP replacement?
No. It sits alongside the sending infrastructure you already have. You can keep your ESP and use ZeMail Send for the measurement layer, or route sending through us on dedicated IPs — both are supported.
How do you identify proxy opens?
By the signature of the request rather than the click itself: user-agent, timing relative to delivery, and known privacy-proxy and security-scanner address ranges. Machine touches are reported separately rather than discarded, so you can see both numbers.
Do you provide IPs and warm-up?
Yes. Dedicated IPs with managed warm-up are included where you route sending through us.
